Electrical Safety & First Aid After Electric Shock

Task conditions:
Select task conditions — voltage level, possibility to disconnect power.
Training tasks:
Hazard recognition and risk assessment
PPE selection
Safe work procedures
Response to electric shock — evacuation of victim to a safe zone
First aid provision

Confined Space

Gas-Hazardous Work

Task conditions:
Selection of task parameters — availability and type of evacuation harness (safety tripod), gas-hazard presence, confined space characteristics.

Training tasks:
Hazard identification and risk assessment
PPE selection (gas mask, protective gear)
Preparation of the work zone, atmospheric testing
Buddy check / call for partner before entry
Safe entry and exit, use of evacuation harness or ladder
Emergency response and rescue procedures if needed

Construction Site Risk Assessment

Training tasks include:
Hazard identification (suspended loads, live electrical zones, unstable surfaces)
Safe movement and navigation around construction site hazards
Use of portable ladders — selection and safety checks
Use of PPE when working at height or near danger zones

Work at Height

Task conditions:
Selection of safety system (anchorage, fall protection).

Training tasks:
Safe ascent and descent using ladders or access systems
Safe work on elevated surfaces (roofs, scaffolding)
using proper fall-protection equipment
Use of different safety systems (anchor points, lifelines)
Risk assessment and hazard mitigation before work starts
Rescue and evacuation procedures from height if needed

Office Fire Response

Task conditions:
Fire severity (low / medium / high), fire location in office.

Training tasks:
Fire detection and hazard assessment
Notification procedures (alarm, communication)
Emergency response: safe evacuation, use of fire extinguishers or fire hose, disabling electricity if required
Use of PPE (if needed), safe movement in smoke-filled environment
Evacuation under stress and time pressure

Industrial Facility Fire Response

Task conditions:
Fire origin (equipment fire or flammable materials), presence of victims, possible electricity hazard, extinguisher availability.

Training tasks:
Fire detection and risk assessment
Combining fire response with personal safety — power shutdown if needed
Choosing appropriate fire suppression tool (extinguisher, fire-hose)
Checking condition of extinguisher and PPE, using it properly
Evacuation and rescue of victims if required

Slinging & Load-Handling

Task conditions:
Type of crane (boom or overhead), type of load (plate, pipe), load weight and center of gravity — selected in task.

Training tasks:
Pre-work inspection: tools, lifting gear, load harnesses, slings, hooks, lifting accessories
Risk assessment of lifting zone and load stability
Proper rigging of load, load balancing, signaling to crane operator
Safe positioning of personnel during lifting / unloading
Post-load placement: unloading, securing, hazard mitigation after placement

First Aid for Various Emergencies

Task conditions:
Type of injury — loss of consciousness, burn, bleeding, frostbite, fracture; victim condition — presence of pulse, breathing, consciousness, type of injury.

Training tasks:
Safety and hazard assessment around the victim
Call for assistance (general or specialized)
Basic first aid procedures: checking consciousness, breathing, pulse; controlling bleeding; treating burns, fractures or frostbite; applying hygiene measures; performing resuscitation if needed
Acting properly until ambulance arrives; communication with emergency services

Office Environment

Risk Assessment

Training tasks include:
Hazard identification in office: unsafe wiring, obstructed emergency exits, unstable furniture, high-placed objects that might fall
Safe movement on stairs, use of ladders or stools
for reaching high shelves or cabinets
Proper selection and use of ladders or step stools
when working at height indoors
Safe handling of electrical appliances —
choosing correct outlets, checking wires, avoiding overloads
Awareness of tripping/fall hazards, safe movement around office environment

Winter Route
Commuting Risk Assessment
Training tasks include:
Hazard recognition during commute — icy pavement, open manholes, icy roofs with icicles, snow-dump zones, broken power cables, slippery surfaces, bridges or walkways near traffic zones, vehicle paths near walking routes
Safe walking behavior: route assessment, hazard avoidance, use of PPE or caution, awareness of surroundings, safe passage near moving vehicles or hazardous zones

Industrial Site Risk Assessment

Training tasks include:
Hazard identification across workplace: unsafe use or absence of PPE by colleagues, blocked fire exits, unsafe crane load zones, slippery surfaces, open liquid spills, unsafe welding or hot work, obstacles on walking paths, exposure to hazardous substances.
Decisions and actions to mitigate or eliminate identified risks before proceeding with work.

Warehouse Operations & Safety
Training tasks include:
Pre-work check: PPE, workspace inspection
Safe handling of goods, proper stacking and storage
Risk assessment of environment: slippery surfaces,
improper storage, obstacles
Movement safety: safe walking routes, handling heavy loads,
working with equipment or forklifts
Emergency response to unsafe behavior of personnel, spills,
obstacles, or improper load storage
